Error codes: Warning fopen fread fclose

So I installed wordfence security and it shows me errors in real time. its showing me this one.

I’ve been searching around as to what to do and closest thing I found was someone from wordfence saying it had something to do with the theme?
I’ve also tried going into both functions.php and js_composer.php to try and fix it myself but definitely not my strong suit there. Don’t want to mess anything up further without knowing what the problem actually is. any help is appreciated.
