Is it possible to change the blog layout between categories?

For example I want http://www.siderealguild.eu/blog/ to stay as it is with the sidebar and such

However I want http://www.siderealguild.eu/category/guides/ (and following sub-pages such as /guides/encounters/ and /guides/classes/) to use the Blog – Isotope template
