Forum Title coming from a post?

When I click on the forums tab, it is titled/labeled as a random post. Instead of editing the post name (already have tried this, simply changes next added post) How can I fix this? I’d like it to be called DestinyFacts Forums but do not see the option anywhere.

I assume it would be under forums options, finding it strange it is pulling it from a post title instead of having its own title .
