help on some issues on template

Hello, I have some problems and I want to report some problems I encountered in the template on site “www.fpstreamers.com”

Installed the last update version, and still continue with Firefox compatibility issues, chrome, which, when inserted some codes of hmtl such as amazon or ebay from affiliated system, these do not appear in firefox, chrome, opera, but in internet explorer and mobile, tablet version appear all (IE screenshot – http://prntscr.com/8orc47 ; Firefox – http://prntscr.com/8orctb).

Where do I put the terms and conditions on the site? what kind of file, * .txt? what? and where?

In the part of clan wars and gamers, not have a search filter for games. there is a need to search for these parameters, being this template for players. Has no logic, be looking one by one, to get to see, if you play the same game in order to schedule a clan war or join to a clan.
