Problem Installing Theme

Hi – I am currently having a problem installing the theme onto my wordpress site. I don’t know why but it wont work properly whatever I do. I first attempted to automatically upload using the wordpress theme uploader option however, I received an “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again” WordPress failure notice. Then I tried a FTP approach which appears to work until I live preview and the page appears to be blank. Really don’t know why its not working for me at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
