Moving / Featured Image/Header Problem

I’m having difficulties figuring out the problem on why I can’t make the featured image/header work properly on Google Chrome at least. While loading, it starts at the middle (see first image) and as it loads it is moving upwards (see second image). Though it looks just fine on 75% zoom out.
