Issues installing theme

Hello,

So when I try to install the latest build of the theme on to my wordpress site it just comes up with a page stating a error occurred and to try again. We had to hire somebody to fix this which is rather annoying however we require the latest installation now and this is still the biggest issue.

We are running the latest version of wordpress.
Could somebody help.
