Image Handler and Hide My WP Issue

Ok Hide My WP changes the look of the location of the wp-content and upload folder names.

The image handler on this theme is calling for those locations that are not really there. Is there a way to get the image resizer and handle to look in original location instead of the fake locations that Hide My WP changes it too.

Example:
WordPress Original Location:
/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/techdNoProfilePic.jpg
/wp-content/themes/THEME-NAME/include/imageresizer.php

Hide My WP Location:
1. /file/2016/03/techdNoProfilePic.jpg
2. /template/include/imageresizer.php
