Can I turn off paypal Adaptive?

I wanted to turn off adaptive payments so we can do everything manually with paypal. We have a complicated commission structure. What paypal credentials are needed and what do I need to change.

We actually are making the product for the people that use the website. More of crowdfunding pre-sale option.

I also was wondering if I could pay someone at your studio recreate the project submission page. Once everything is up and working.
