SSL Host mandatory for paypal payments?

    The ssl plan and dedicated IP is mandatory for paypal payments in funding press theme? My test donations return the error:

    curl error: 35
    SSL connect error

    Is it possible or how to add a currency of Brazil (brazilian real)?
