Complete Uninstall Theme?

Hi,
so we had gameaddict installed, customized via child theme but we want to start from scratch again.. I removed the main theme and child theme from the themes folder, but when I reupload the .zip file from download, old settings still remain.. how can I uninstall the theme + plugins etc completely to have a fresh install when I upload the zip again?
