Fixed Logo, even if i zoom

Hey,
i have a little issue with my logo placement. Its a bit tricky.
My logo is a hang sign, the two ropes should come from the highest point of the website. if i place the logo on the top of the header.php, its working, but if i zoom in or out, the logo is moving, it looks really bad.
when i place my logo under the social media symbols in the header.php, the logo stays on a fixed position, even if i zoom, what is really cool. the problem is, the ropes of my logo come straight outta the air. could you help me to place the logo on a fixed position, even when i zoom, with the ropes coming from the top of the website? i will attach a file to give you a closer look. would be great if u can help me, thanks.
