Possible to remove login and search button?

Hey guys,

I don’t plan on posting any actual articles (so the search function doesn’t do anything) and for I am using WPforo which is great, but you need to register using their register link and the wordpress one, doesn’t work. Is there a way to remove the Search bar and the person/login symbol on the nav bar? I imagine somewhere in the css I could delete something so they don’t appear?
