Problem with social login

Hi, I’ve set up my social networks to allow for social login. When testing the login, the page turns blank and the URL displays http://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/fundingpress/include/handler/index.php?initiatelogin=facebook&returnto=httpwww.mydomain.com%2F

I have followed the guide on YouTube which shows how to set up social login and do not believe I’ve made any mistakes. For the purpose of this post I’ve changed my real domain name for http://www.mydomain.com
