Tabs, contact form and payment

Hello. I would like to know what content can write on the tab UPDATE, and if I can create a new tab like the story. Besides, when I send a contact form, I don’t receive the message in my email inbox, what can be the problem? Finally, when I want to do a payment of a project the system fails on the step 2, it appears a message with a code like a development, what is the problem? Thanks and regards.
