Theme install not visible?

Hello,

Purchased and installed theme on my WP (4.6.1–en_AU) genuine wordpress.org manual download/install. All other themes are working fine but after following the instructions permalink set to post and the the one click install. I successfully receive all the data but the site does not show live preview? Under pages they are all there but don’t preview. I am at a loss after trying multiple re-installs and combinations of DB, WP, theme and plugins.
