Carousel Image Size

Hello,
i have a problem with the carousel.

I have uploaded many images with different size. But i cant find out what size i realy need.
In the forum i found different sizes and i tryed all but nothing works correctly.

The only height size that realy work is 55px. Is this the right size what i need for all images? Is there a way to make the complete Carousel height or a smaller Border or something else to use higher images?

I looked in the bootstrap.css too, but i cant find the “145px” size information (a info from another post).
