Theme does not load

I uploaded my Theme to my Webserver, but when i try to see the showcase or to activate it I just get a blank page. I need to delete it first in order to use my WordPress again after I have activated it. I tried to install it via WordPress Theme Installation and I tried to upload it via FTP but both methods does not work.
