v1.4.4 error FYI

I installed by way of inside WP dashboard (not FTP way) and as an fyi I received the following:

Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=790840 in /home/drd4ga5/public_html/communityesports/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1877

What’s odd is that lines 1859 through 18881 are just comments. Below is the closest code I’ve found, located on lines 1882-3:

public function insert( $table, $data, $format = null ) {
		return $this->_insert_replace_helper( $table, $data, $format, 'INSERT' );
	}

I just deleted and will try reinstalling via FTP to see what happens.

Any thoughts on the error would be nice, just for peace of mind. Thx
