PAYMENT FUNDING ISSUE – Stripe or WePay not Working

There is an issue when trying to fund the project on the front end of the website. After the user chooses the amount they want to fund, chooses the perk, enters name, and email, and then clicks commit to funding using WEPAY, it then brings them to the next page which is still on the wordpress site, and it says (Please wait while we process your transaction..) and its stays stuck on this page. When I scroll down to the bottom it just shows a error that reads:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘WePayPermissionException’ with message ‘could not parse authorization header, a valid access_token is required’ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas16_data01/34/3562234/html/wp-…)

and when I try to use Stripe, the payment goes through but it always has a error on the backend when im trying to “Collect the funds”
