Install of v4 theme broke earlier theme

I went to install v4 from the appearance>themes section which it did and installed, but many features then broke within WP… My host was able to fix many of them, but if I click on the older theme now and try to preview it:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare siteorigin_pricetable_shortcode() (previously declared in /(pathaddress)/wp-content/themes/funding_press/addons/pricetable/pricetable.php:206) in /(pathaddress)/wp-content/plugins/funding_custom_post_types/funding_custom_post_types.php on line 61

Perhaps related from the above, I noticed price table…I tried testing adding a price table.. when I do I get these errors
