Is there built in minify?

I was speaking with the support from Siteground concerning an issue I’ve had with my website.

Something is minifying all our page output. I’ve explored ever settings I can think of in plugins, cache settings, cloudflare, and our htaccess file but can’t figure out why. The minified output is breaking AMP integration but erroneously removing vital whitespace.

They responded as followed:

“I tried temporally to disable all plugins for your website to check if the content is till minified and unfortunately it is. This means that the content is not minified by a plugin but the theme itself.

In this case you should contact with your theme’s developer to review it.”

So is there something that might be minifying that is built into the theme?
