Problem with create tournament

Hello,

I have problem with create tournament.

I can’t add regulations for tournament. Title of regulations added ok but when I click on Regulation text nothing happen!

Second problem – prize.

When I add prize it’s ok but when I try remove prize something it’s wrong with first prize. I click remove but this prize still show when I try add prize script added again first prize. Please help!
