News Block Won't Show Up

For the last couple of weeks I’ve been having this issue. I don’t know when it started happening but out of random, the News Block addons like News Block Horizontal, Tabbed, etc. won’t work. I had to use a random plugin but it pales in comparison to what I had before with this one. It hasn’t worked and I’ve disabled all plugins to see if it was something, it wasn’t. It just won’t show up.
