Teams without Member tab

Hello,

is it possible to create a Team, without a Member tab or a Member Overview without some Users?

I want make some Matches against external Teams, but when I made a Team with one of my accounts, all the oponent teams will schown in my profil and I would be schown in all the oponent teams as the only Member.
If I would make an extra Account for every player of the enemy Teams, they would shown in the overview of my Members.

Both ways are not that what I want.
