need help uploading updated theme

I am at a loss here. I followed instructions to upload the updated theme and get errors everytime. Via filezilla and through wordpress. It goes to about 12% when I do through wordpress then this exact error pops up everytime. I attached the screenshot. Just very frustrated now since this is the same thing that happened every time with original and I had to pay theme forest $100 to upload it for me. Now I have nothing and would suck if I had to pay them again plus every time I needed it to be uploaded. Anyway were we can make it not have this error and just get uploaded? thx again.
