[Bug] Endless Tournament Notification

Hi there,

I found another bug in Tournament notifications. When a live tournament have started, members who joined will be informed with a notification.

However this notification will become endless since there is no way to stop / end the live tournament.

This issue can be reproduced by following this steps:

1. click on notification.
2. proceed to unread notification, marked as read.
3. view the same tournament again. another notification will appear.
4. repeat until it becomes endless notification.
