Question about frequency and deleted teams appearance in participants list

We successfully completed one event on our website (knockouts) and made use of 3 games within a tournament. Everything worked fine except the issues with frequency system. None of our events are recurring and when we set the frequency to one day, as soon as we update the score of the match, the next match gets scheduled to next day which obviously we have to edit manually, ideally the system should allow admin to configure time difference before the next schedule gets auto published or the upcoming matches should remain as draft so that teams after looking at the schedule don’t leave for the day. This happened with 2 of the teams.

The second question pertains to an issue we are facing in this coming tournament which is scheduled for 11th March. I guess one of the team deleted their page and on the tournament page of the game their team is not showing however that spot is now updated with a blabk team with the url of the tournament page itself and shows (1 members)

I am not sure how to fix this from database side and would require some Hint, help. where to look for the resolution. if i don’t fix it the other team may not be able to proceed and there may be an issue with match creation as the system will not be able to find a team to create a match. so am afraid.
