'View all posts by' issue

Further to an issue I posted about earlier today ( http://support.skywarriorthemes.com/?topic=owl-carousel-issue ) I am having a similar problem with the ‘view all posts by (user)’ page.

I have changed my display name to show my nickname rather than my username (for better security) and when viewing the blog page it does indeed show my nickname but then if you click on the authors name, to ‘view all posts by (user)’ it takes you to a new page and displays ‘Author: username’ in the header.

For example, using this page from the demo ( http://skywarriorthemes.com/arcane/author/admin/ ) the header displays Author: (username), but the blog posts and latest posts widgets display nicknames (if one was set in the dashboard)

How/Where do I change this to display my nickname?
