Accept Requests / Usermanagemet / Sitemodifikation

Just starting using this great template for a fun community. There are a few things i can not explain by myself.

1. Is it posible to change the user join request? i will decide by myself, if the interestet person is allowed to get in or not. when yes, pls explain how to set this up.

2. when a member req. to join a clan, i cann’t accept or decline the member to join the clan. nothing happens. is this a know error, or is it a problem with my installation, which is installed as default.

3. as a fun clan i doesn’t need a shop, discus or like this, btw. discus plugin shows a error during the installation. so back to the question. can i disable pricetable, eshop and this not needed stuff?
