Adding Matches – Page Not Found?

Hello,

I’ve been trying to add matches to my website, and its worked flawlessly, however when I click on the match, the page it should be on is a 404 error. Are there steps necessary involved to making these pages work?

Also, when I try to set a home team, chrome throws a failed to load error – not sure what the issue is there.
