Adding payment method from local. only woocommerce plugin available from gateway

Just bought this theme. everything except for one important thing works for me. We have a local payment gateway to handle our payments using mobile money. They provide a wordpress woocommerce plugin to add a new payment method/ Can this be used with this theme? i do not see this option. I have the plugin its only one file. i would want to be able to intergrate this plugin otherwise i will fail miserably.
