Admin Commission % button missing

    I just purchased the Fundingpress crowdfunding theme. As I was setting up funding under the general settings tap I noticed that there is NOT a place or tab to set up the Admin commission percent as the youtube video mentions. Where do I set up the Admin commission in the Fundingpress crowdfunding theme?
