Admin stuck in activation

I was admin on my site, tested registering for the site, and it auto sent the confirmation email, except I never specified, I think. Now I can’t login as admin until I activate it. Or at least it sees my admin email as the same as the test registered user. I don’t think I used an email because I was the admin.

I don’t know how to get around this activation requirement. Did a password reset and it gave me this “Your account is not active yet, please check your email for activation link!”

Any thoughts?
