"Approve Users" Option For Specific Tournament

We (ebrawler.com) really would like the ability to set “Approve Users” specifically for a tournament. What I mean is while the global option is OFF, I can set a tournament to act like “Approve Users” is ON. I think (hopefully) it shouldn’t require too much work and it would have a great impact for Arcane owners who have more than 1 tournament that are open to registration generally.
