aq_resize – image scaling on single.php not affected

Hi,
so I want to resize the featured image to make it smaller. On the front page it is working just fine when I change values in the aq_resize function of the news block we use, but if I change them in single.php nothing happens when I open a post.

As you can see, on the front page, the featured images have a height of 150px, but if you click on a title an view the single post, the image is much higher.. any idea why single.php wont update correctly?
