Auto Accpet scores

Hey! I posted this in the comments of my old post but going to go ahead and post here.
I have my users creating their own tournaments so I would like them to be fully automated. Some of these tournaments will have no shows, or people that will simply not report that they lost. What is the best way to prevent me from being available 24/7 in time sensitive tournaments?
Possible solutions I’m looking for:
1. Ability for the tournament creator to edit scores.
2. Ability for the match to auto accept score after a length of time without accept/denial
3. Complete removal of accept/denial for tournaments only and use flag feature for disputes.
4. (Least realistic) remove the accept/denial option completely.
What do you think would be the best solution here as this will be the main aspect of my website. Thanks
