Beginning Help

Great theme, so far enjoying it, just wanted to see if there’s some things that can be controlled. 1. Where do I edit the user drop down menu thats on the top right? 2. How do I edit the team page menu, would like to remove the Matches and Tournaments pages as they are not needed for my website. 3. Is there a way to make it so the user has to fill out a form when requesting to join a team almost like an application?
