blackfyre registration problem

I have registration problem, it says incorrect captcha all the time, and when i activate bbpress registration it shows me 2 different types of registration one on dashboard and 2nd near login button on skin…. i wanted to use the one coming with theme, any way of some help or small look at my site registration gametime.lv (its still in making)
