Blackfyre Template Help. Not showing menu icon and style swticher.

Hi I bought a product from you, but now I can not get support from you . The icons of the menu items, which are included in the “header”, are not seen to the view and theme settings in my website. I also want to activate the “Style Switcher” in the demo page. I look forward to your support as soon as possible.
