BWS plugin doesnt allow even after correct captcha answer

The BWS mandatory plugin is not allowing any users to login via steam. I tried to disable the BWS plugin it still asks a user to enter the captcha. I had to enable it again and selected the minimal options like only additions. The user is providing correct answer in captcha and it doesn’t understand it and is blocking the user from logging in via steam.

This is a big show stopper for me as the site is already live and am loosing out on registrations. Request you to help me with this.
