Cannot Approve Members Who Request To Join A Clan Page

I have the Administrator role and created a new clan page including the Clan Information widget which shows the Request To Join button.

I then logged in as another user and clicked the Request To Join button on the clan page.

I then logged in as Administrator, went back to the Clan Page to approve that user but after clicking on the Members tab, did not see any members to approve. This is happening on every clan page we create.
