Can't Find Arcane Demo Importer

I have been trying to import the demo but it simply tries to import for ages (tried for over 30 minutes once). I believe it’s because I can’t find the specific Arcane demo importer plugin. Where can I install the plugin on WordPress? Alternatively, how can I manually import the demo? Thank you in advance for your help.
