Can't find front-end form to create new project

Hi,
I recently purchased the fundingpress theme and the themeforest page for the theme mentions “front end forms” for users to create their own campaigns. I have looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find where these forms are configured. I also can’t see the actual form on the front end. If I go to “How it works” and click on “Start a project” I get a 404 page.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
