Cant get mycreed badges to show in the theme

hi i have the blackfyre theme and it looks nice.. but in our community wee need badges to showcase our staff roles.. i have the mycreed plugin and it works well in bbpress but when ppl go to the profile page they cant see the badges on their profile even tho mycreed suports it.. they say it might be in the theme itself where the problem lies.. but i want to hear out if anny one can help me here and if it is the case..
