Cart hover problem and bad spacing on product page

I suddenly have 2 carts showing on hover. I’ve attached a screenshot. I’ve looked through all settings and cannot find anything which makes me believe this is in the code somewhere. Please advise.

Also, the spacing on the product page is very strange. You can see in the picture what I mean. I want everything to be neat and tight. I’d like to correct this as soon as possible. Thanks.
