Category Page problems

Hello guys,
I installed the theme Orizon and I have two problems:
1) I followed the video to create a Category page, but when I create the right column there are widgets but only the box “Serch”. In your video instead it is clear that the column has the default widget “sidebar” page.

2) On the “post list” … our Blog default displays only news on the main page, instead of the 7 post gategoria news …. I do not understand why.

It will be helpful to reload the whole theme, cleaning up the database … I have made the “one click installation” but I have these problems.
