Category Page (Projects)

Hi! I have some question concerning the categories pages. The title of pages is always “Blog Archives”, how I change this for appear the category name? The second question is, have some way to the category page be like All Project Page? But instead of all categories appear on tabs, just appear child categories (If this category has one child)? Thanks ^^
