Challenge a team

Hi, it’s me again.
I have a small problem witch the macht making. I have challenged my second team just to make sure that this function works properly and I found out it doesn’t.
First issue: I didn’t have any info in notifications section. I had to go into my team page and there was a notification “Match (1)”. I also should have got an email about match request.
Second issue: I couldn’t accept nor reject this challenge. These two options are active but they do nothing.
