Challenges + Tournaments BUGS

every body can create new tournament even when you close this function from the The Theme Options the users just have to open yoursite.com/tournament/ and create new one even if they haven’t permissions..

The Second issues when the users create new challenge the DATE come like : 19970 / 1 / 1 i have to go to admin panel and change it
and if they didnt select maps the error come but the challenge created directly without maps
